SHIPPING SERVICES
Shades
of Perfection uses UPS for all its shipments. They offer
Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and Ground Transportation.
The 'Shopping Cart' will provide you
with UPS pricing information.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly
accept returns for all eShadesofPerfection.com products and
eCourse within a 72 hour period from the date you received the
items. All items need to be authorized by a Shades of Perfection
representative first to receive an authorization
number. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging,
unopened and re-sellable condition. Please do not send items back
before receiving an authorization number from us first. These returns
are for exchanges only for items of similar price or
higher. We advise you to place your orders for makeup and skin care,
carefully as we cannot accept returns on those items. It is your
responsibility to check all the merchandise immediately. No claims
will be accepted after 7
business days.
Damaged Items

Please call UPS for
damage inspection. Be sure to leave the damaged goods in the original
shipping carton. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a claim has
not been placed within a 48 hour time with UPS.
Shipment Refusal
Once you have
placed an order, you are responsible for accepting delivery.
If an order is returned as ‘'refused' or if it has not
been accepted after UPS's 3rd attempt, you will be
responsible for the shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
If re-shipped, double freight charges will be imposed.
No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
Please make necessary arrangements to accept your shipments.
Delivery
Please allow up to
5-7 business days depending on service chosen from the time
you placed your order. UPS offers detailed tracking information
for your order. You can track your order by going to:
www.ups.com.
